General Theatre Policies
The Cell is an all-ages venue. No alcohol is served.
There is no smoking within the building. Smokers may do so in the appropriate outdoor areas.
Parking in the lot to the north of the building is free to theatre patrons.
The theatre is ADA compliant and welcomes all.
The box office opens one half-hour prior to the start of any event.
All promoters/potential venue lessees are required to sign a contract before any performance date will be reserved. There are no exceptions.
Anyone arriving after the stated event time will be seated at the discretion of management.
The management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Theatre Ticketing Policies
All theatre seating is general admission; there are no assigned seats. Fortunately, all seating is very comfortable with excellent sight lines!
If accessible or other special needs seating is required, please inform the box office so that arrangements can be made.
Box office opens one half hour prior to performance.
Please note that due to the limited seating capacity, The Cell Theatre does not hold reservations without a purchase.
Reservations by phone require use of a credit/debit card.
Ticket purchases and reservations are non-refundable, but may be exchangeable within the same season, depending upon availability.
Late arrivals may not be seated until a suitable interval
