• The Cell is an all-ages venue.  No alcohol is served.
• There is no smoking within the building.  Smokers may do so in the appropriate outdoor areas.
• Parking in the lot to the south of the building is free to theatre patrons.
• The theatre is ADA compliant and welcomes all.
• The box office opens one half-hour prior to the start of any event.
• All promoters/potential venue lesses are required to sign a contract before any performance date will be reserved.  There are no exceptions.
• Anyone arriving after the stated event time will be seated at the discretion of management.
• The management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Theatre Ticketing Policies

• All theatre seating is general admission; there are no assigned seats. Fortunately, all seating is very comfortable with excellent sight lines!
• If accessible or other special needs seating is required, please inform the box office so that arrangements can be made.
• Box office opens one half hour prior to performance.
• Please note that due to the limited seating capacity, The Cell Theatre does not hold reservations without a purchase.
• Reservations by phone require use of a credit/debit card.
• Ticket purchases and reservations are non-refundable, but may be exchangeable, depending upon availability.
• Late arrivals may not be seated until a suitable interval
• No recording or photography of any kind is permitted
